How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking your order on ShopiOSx ℠ is quick and easy! In a few simple steps, you can check the progress of your order and get an estimated delivery date. If you have any additional queries, don't hesitate to contact us. We're always here to help.

Tracking Your Order Online

In order to track your order, first, you need to create an account by signing up at Shopiosx.com/account. If you haven't already, just provide your email address and set up a password to sign up. Once you've registered, a login activation link will be sent to your email.

Locating the Activation Email

Make sure to check your inbox for the activation email. If you can't locate it in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. The email might have been filtered there. After finding the email, click the activation link to activate your account and log in.

Tracking Your Order

Once logged in, follow these easy steps to track your order:

  1. Go to the My Account section and locate your recent orders.
  2. Find the order that you'd like to track and click on View Order.
  3. Check the order's status displayed on the Order Details page.
  4. If your order has been shipped, you can track the package using the provided tracking number and link.
