Can I Get A Refund?

All orders are entitled to a refund within 100 days of their purchased based on our Satisfaction Guarantee. Our store aims to ensure all customers are satisfied with their order, however, we understand things happen & are open to cancel your order in exchange for a full refund or full store credit of your choice.

Customer must provide:

• Screenshot of confirmation email

• Order Number

• Invoice (Sent originally in your confirmation email)

If the customer cannot provide documentation or an order number we will not be able to process a refund.


Refund Requests are handled by our Billing Department promptly in a priority manner.

NOTE: IN PROGRESS ORDERS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN ACCEPTED & PROCESSED CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.
